Scott Holst knows a thing or two about aviation.
The Minnesota native and general manager of Discovery Air has been involved in the industry along the Front Range of Colorado his entire life. His father flew at Northern Colorado Regional Airport - FNL for various organizations and Scott began his aviation career in 1993 with an FAA Service Center and Overhaul/Repair facility.
He progressed through various areas of aviation including Dynamic Component overhaul, Forest Service contract management, and government airborne law enforcement logistics and fleet management. He joined Discovery Air in 2021.
"With the passionate visionary approach and leadership of (Discovery Air owner) Martin Lind, and the proven management team at The Water Valley Company, the Discovery Air campus is the future of FNL," said Scott.

Cameron Singh | Director of Business Development
Northern Colorado's newest fixed-based operator aviation campus, Discovery Air, recently added an industry expert to its team. Cameron Singh joins the Loveland, Colorado-based FBO as its Director of Business Development and will assist in the continued expansion of the 30-acre campus located at the Northern Colorado Regional Airport (FNL).
Singh joins the Discovery Air team with over a decade of experience in the aviation industry working for Signature Aviation leading various FBO locations across the globe. He most recently served in leadership roles with an aviation real estate consulting firm.
"The vision for Discovery Air truly meets the needs of the rapidly growing Northern Colorado region," said Singh. "As the population and overall economy of Northern Colorado continues to grow, more capacity for business and general aviation needs to be added at FNL."
Discovery Air is owned and operated by The Water Valley Company, a family-operated real estate and hospitality organization based in Windsor, Colorado. Discovery Air will soon offer 170,000 square feet of available space for airplane hangars. Discovery Air recently opened their first hangar (over 30,000 sq ft), Torreys Peak which is available for overnight transient stays.
